Register Your MVP

Connect your MVP to an email.

When first accessing the UI on your MVP, a pop up will prompt you to connect your MVP to wifi, and register an email with us. You can also connect your MVP to the internet via Ethernet connection to your router. To connect this way, make sure MVP's network settings are set to DHCP to receive an IP from your router.

Linking your MVP to an email allows us to provide support services, and connecting to wifi allows MVP to communicate with the cloud to check for updates.

You can change your wifi settings at any time by clicking the icon in the upper right corner of the UI.

For security reasons, we recommend only connecting to a private wifi network (i.e., not a venue's public wifi) and disconnecting MVP from wifi before performing.
